Rayan Mehta
Rayan is a CommunicationsStoryteller who goes where the stories are—sometimes that’s a bustling urban pocket or a forest trail he probably shouldn’t have taken but definitely did. With experience documenting themes across education, livelihoods, rural development, health, sustainable development alternatives he’s gathered more perspectives (and anecdotes) than he can count.
He has a knack of unearthing stories in people, treating every conversation as a moment shared in time. For Rayan, ethics and agency are non-negotiable; ensuring people remain active participants in their own narratives.
A heady mix of curiosity, imagination and strategy, Rayan is the idea man brewing fresh concepts at AltSide. At other times, it takes him exploring —mountains, trails, or any adventure promising just the right amount of chaos to keep things interesting.
